1. Registration

Enrollment is confirmed only after the registration form has been submitted, availability has been confirmed by JTR Kart Academy, and full payment has been received.

2. Eligibility

Programs are available only to participants within the specified age group for each course. JTR reserves the right to recommend a more suitable program based on the participant's experience and ability.

3. Safety

Participant safety is our highest priority. All students must follow the instructions of JTR coaches and staff at all times. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from the program without a refund.

4. Equipment

All required karting and safety equipment is provided by JTR Kart Academy unless otherwise stated. Participants are required to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.

5. Health Requirements

Parents or guardians are responsible for informing JTR of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special requirements before the course begins. JTR reserves the right to refuse participation if a medical condition could present a safety risk.

6. Payments

Course fees must be paid before the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in RMB and may change without prior notice.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• More than 14 days before the course: full refund.

• 7–14 days before the course: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the course or no-show: no refund.

JTR reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Photography & Media

During training sessions, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional and educational purposes. By enrolling, parents or guardians consent to the use of these materials unless they notify JTR in writing before the course begins.

9. Personal Belongings

JTR Kart Academy is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the venue.

10. Liability

Karting is a motorsport activity involving inherent risks. By enrolling, parents or guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is at their own risk. JTR Kart Academy shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to the Program

JTR reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, activities, or course content where necessary to maintain safety, quality, or operational requirements.
